If you are unsatisfied with our products, we will gladly help you with this as well. We ask for you to return your purchase within the first 20 days of your purchase. We will gladly give you a store credit, valid for 3 months, this credit is only valid in items on our website. We will not be able to return money under any circumstances, nevertheless we will gladly help you find items that will make you satisfied with your needs. How ever, we must address that our utensils can not be return once being purchased, due to sanitary restrictions. Regarding our gloves, we will only be able to exchange for a more suitable fit if available.
